We can not express how valuable it is to do a site inspection. Here at Warren Mobile Home Service, we consider our service second to none. We want to make sure that we cover all of our bases ahead of time to ensure a smooth transition. We check the site for any possible obstructions. We look for trees, fences, gates, low hanging wires, steep hills, narrow driveways, etc. We also take into consideration the weather conditions.
This process involves disconnecting utilities, removing skirting, tongues, installing axles and tires, and unblocking the piers. We also use special equipment to safely separate your house into two sections if needed. We then wrap each section with weather proof plastic for transport.
Setting your home back up requires skill and precision which comes from our experience in the industry. Our set up process consists of blocking and leveling the home, bolting the floor and roof together, and installing a ridge cap on the roof. We use steel anchors and galvanized steel straps to secure your home from powerful winds and shifting soil.
Warren Mobile Home Service and Sales knows that moving your home can be a very stressful time. With 25 years of experience in the industry, we can guide you through the process. Trust us to help make your move easier.
We recognize that and understanding the process reduces stress. Here is some helpful information about our services.
